This course equips you with the necessary knowledge and tools to help you be successful in your first year as a Customer Success Analyst (CSA).

Upon successful completion of this course you will be able to apply a best practice case management approach to resolving customer requests focusing on, user management, sandboxes, data loads and reports and dashboards. Successful completion of this course will lead to the Service Desk Fundamentals Certification.

This certification combined with the successful completion of the FlowRider Fundamentals (soft skills) certification will qualify you as a FlowBuilders certified Level 1, Customer Success Analyst.
